Gluing Resin 3D print
Parts printed on SLA, MSLA or DLP printers from UV-curing photopolymer.
Also called 3D printed resin, MSLA resin, photopolymer, SLA print.
How Resin 3D print behaves when you bond it
Print quality dominates: incompletely cured resin leaves a soft, tacky surface that no adhesive can hold. Washing and post-curing properly before bonding is more important than the adhesive choice.
Resin 3D prints are crosslinked photopolymers whose chemistry varies by resin. Fresh parts retain uncured resin and are initially in a green state; washing, drying and any specified post-cure determine the final surface and mechanical properties.

Surface preparation
Complete the resin maker's wash, dry and post-cure process before adhesive preparation. Formlabs generally recommends 90% or higher IPA for removing liquid resin and requires full drying before post-cure. After cure, lightly abrade the bond area if allowed, remove dust and test the exact resin.
Which adhesives work on Resin 3D print
Excellent
Two-part epoxy
Two-part epoxy is rated excellent for this material as an application-level assessment, not as a blanket manufacturer claim. The prepared surface must be sound and consistently keyed where the finish permits. Suitability still depends on the other substrate, joint design and service environment.
Abrade the surface first.
Good
Cyanoacrylate
Cyanoacrylate is rated good for this material as an application-level assessment, not as a blanket manufacturer claim. The prepared surface must be sound and consistently keyed where the finish permits. Suitability still depends on the other substrate, joint design and service environment.
Abrade the surface first.
Conditional
UV cure adhesive
UV cure adhesive is rated conditional for this material as an application-level assessment, not as a blanket manufacturer claim. The prepared surface must be sound and consistently keyed where the finish permits. Use only after a product-specific test on the actual grade and joint.
Abrade the surface first.
