What that means in practice

What it does not mean

• We work out which adhesive chemistry the job needs before any product is considered. That decision is made from the research database and has nothing to do with what is for sale.
• Where products are listed, they are ordered by how well they suit that specific job. Commission never affects the order.
• A product only appears once its technical claims are backed by manufacturer documentation. Being available to buy is not a reason to recommend something.
• Where the honest answer is that no adhesive suits the job, we say that, even though it earns nothing.

Prices

We do not display prices. Retailer programme terms restrict storing and showing them, and a stale price is worse than none. Follow the link for the current price.

Availability

Products stay in our database even when a shop stops selling them, because the technical information is still useful. If a link no longer works, the product record remains and we look for another source.
